DELIVERY TRACKING NUMBER

 

  • Tracking No. will be emailed/personal messaged/whatapps to you within 1-2 day once the payment received.
  • We usually ship within 1-3 working days after confirmation of payment.
  • It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code appear in NINJAVAN and J&T tracking system, because they normally keys-in tracking code at the end of the day.

DOMESTIC (MALAYSIA) SHIPPING CHARGES AND DELIVERY DURATIONS

 

  • We ship throughout Malaysia
  • Shipping cost for Peninsular Malaysia is RM7.15 onwards.
  • For Sabah and Sarawak is RM10.50 onwards.
  • Shipping charges are quoted based on weight and will be automatically calculated during checkout.
  • Upon confirmation of payment, delivery is usually within 5 business days for Peninsula Malaysia and may take up to 7 business days for Sabah and Sarawak.
  • All orders will be post within 7 working days (Monday – Friday) via NINJAVAN and J&T and a tracking number will be emailed to you once it is made available.

What are the international shipping methods?

  • We offer international shipping via PosLaju International.
  • Shipping charges will depend on the quantity/weight of each parcel.
  • Our system will automatically calculate the weight and the amount you should pay will be display at the end of the order process.

How Long Does International Delivery Take?

  • Transit time normally within 3 – 5 working days.
  • The majority of orders are shipped by NINJAVAN and J&T. Once we have dispatched your order you will receive tracking information by email which will advise you of the projected delivery time.
  • Please be aware that once your order leaves us, the time it takes to reach you is out of our control. Delays caused due to customs clearance or courier problems can occur, but our support team is on hand to help out should you need us.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided by email once order has been processed.
